10.00 Sightseeing city tour "Hero-city Volgograd" with visit to Mamayev Hill – main height #102.0 including visit to all main sights: Square of Fallen Fighters, Alley of Heroes of Stalingrad and WW2, Eternal Flame, the tree survived the battle, memorial of the 3 Heroes of Soviet Union, dozens of mass graves of Soviet/Russian soldiers, street of Chuikov, Central Embankment of 62nd Army, Cenral River port and the place of Volga Crossing, line of defense of 62nd Army/Stalingrad front in the city, memorial to the civilians-victims of bombardment of 23rd of August 1942, memorial to Komsomols, Square and memorial of Vladimir Lenin, Pavlov's House defended for 58 days which was marked on personal map of Friedrich Paulus as fortress, Hall of Glory, Not a Step Backwards Memorial, symbolic Ruined Walls, survived buildings after the battle with the damages after fightings etc. Duration 3 hours.

13.00 During the excursion you will also visit the last head quarter of the 6th German Armyand a place of general-field marshall Friedrich Paulus's surrender in the basement of central department store - Univermag.

14.00 Grain elevator. During the Battle of Stalingrad, one particularly well-defended Soviet strong point was known simply as "the Grain Elevator" and was strategically important. This imposing building in the southern part of Stalingrad became a graveyard for hundreds of soldiers on both sides in September 1942 when the Germans tried to take it and in January 1943 when the Russians retook it.

15.00 Visit of the panoramic-museum "The Battle of Stalingrad" and exhibition "Weapon of Victory" at the open air. This is one of the biggest WWII museums in the world with hundreds of unique exhibits, including Sword of Stalingrad - the gift of British King George the VI, Vasily Zaitsev’s rifle and a huge panoramic canvas. We comment on the most interesting exhibits and answer your questions. The museum is closed on Mondays, like most museums in Russia, and will be replaced by another sight if you visit on a Monday. 

17.00 Transfer to the hotel. Free time.

In the evening we can recommend restaurants with Russian, Cossack, Ukrainian, Italian cuisine, as well as steak houses with dishes cooked at open fire.
